# Entering HQ

To participate in FROGE, you’ll onboard through **FROGE HQ**.

### Connect your wallet

Approve the connection in Phantom (or your supported wallet).

### Choose your Pill

Pick Red or Blue. This affects narrative paths later.

### Finish onboarding

Follow the prompts until you land on your dashboard.

### Connect X

Authorize your X account so HQ can track tagged posts and engagement.

### Enter a Bonus (Invite) code (optional)

Codes give a head start and can unlock referral bonuses.

Once you’re in, your dashboard updates automatically as activity is recorded.
