# What Are FROINTS?

FROINTS are earned by participating in FROGE activities across HQ, X, Telegram, and community events.

They:

* Reflect your level of engagement and contribution
* Determine your rank on the leaderboard
* Define eligibility for seasonal rewards
* Serve as your public proof of participation within the FROGE ecosystem

Your FROINTS balance is visible in your HQ dashboard and updates automatically as your activity is recorded.
