# Earning FROINTS

You can earn FROINTS through multiple channels:

* **Content Creation**\
  Videos, memes, images, edits, and bullish posts created for FROGE
* **X Engagement**\
  Likes, replies, reposts, and quotes on your tagged FROGE posts
* **Referrals**\
  Inviting new users into HQ using your Bonus (Invite) code
* **Events & Spaces**\
  Participation in official FROGE events, Spaces, and community initiatives
* **Consistency Bonuses**\
  Staying active over time is rewarded more than one-off participation
