# Connecting Your Wallet to HQ

Connect your wallet so HQ can track participation and eligibility.

### Open HQ

Go to HQ and click **Connect Wallet**.

### Select Phantom

Choose Phantom (or the wallet you installed).

### Approve the request

Confirm in your wallet.

Once connected, your dashboard will show your wallet status and FROINTS.
